Covenant Medical Center LifeStyle Centre

The newly renovated Covenant LifeStyle Centre entailed renovation of the existing facility and 4,800 SF of expansion. Among the changes for the existing 32,500 SF facility were a larger physical therapy center, cardiac rehab training center, new state-of-the-art equipment, exercise studios, and cardio machines with monitors and TVs for watching streaming entertainment or listening to music. Updates were also made to the existing indoor pool, locker rooms, and conference and classroom space.

During design, E4H worked closely with Covenant to ensure flexibility was integrated to allow for growth of service lines and guarantee the renovated space served the primary function of a medical fitness facility, while echoing the design vernacular of a traditional fitness facility that appeals to a broad membership demographic.

While the Centre was undergoing the changes, the project was phased to allow for the continuous operation of the facility during construction.
