City of Las Vegas Health & Wellness Center

The project is a two-story, approximately 9,000 SF stand-alone health center that will provide supplementary services for the residents served at The Corridor of Hope Courtyard and neighboring communities. The new building is located at 1425 N. Main Street in Las Vegas.

The first-floor houses services that will be provided by Nevada Health Centers. The 5,250 square foot ground floor includes exam rooms, procedure room, blood draw room, laboratory, dispensary, offices, and administrative support spaces. The 3,750 square foot second floor includes a classroom/meeting room, break room, restroom with shower, leasable private offices, and modular workstations, and a service provider suite of approximately 800 square feet. The second floor also includes an exterior exit stair as well as a 1,500 square foot shaded roof deck.
