As MOREgroup’s Civic National Market Leader, Jason leads with purpose, vision, and a commitment to service. With over 20 years of design and technical experience, he brings expertise in civic projects of all sizes, and a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Principals he leads. Together, he and our civic team are building upon the nationally acclaimed foundation they’ve laid in our West region to deliver MOREgroup’s unparalleled service and design excellence to clients across the country.
Jason’s strengths in leadership, communication, and vision guide his approach to both project delivery and team development. He believes leadership is about aligning individual purposes with a shared vision for positive impact. Within his team, he cultivates a culture of trust, creativity, and mentorship while encouraging curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making that responds to both the environment and the community.
Jason believes civic architecture has a wellness component, with its power to provide stillness, beauty, and a sense of organization amid the data-inundated stresses of modern life. He views civic design as an opportunity to empower those on the front lines of government and provide a place for the public to gather and connect in meaningful ways. Through careful use of space, form, and materiality, he strives to deliver projects that are not only visually compelling but also meaningful and welcoming to the communities they serve.
Jason is active in the community, having served on such committees as the Henderson Planning Commission, Enterprise Town Board, Clark County Steering Committee, Clark County Planning Advisory Committee, and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee Board – IMPAC.
