Ville Grill

RossTarrant Architects teamed with Aramark and the University of Louisville (UofL) to renovate the Ville Grill. The all-you-can-eat residential dining facility is situated right on campus. A renovation of the existing servery included new interior finishes throughout and new furniture. Two of the new stations included a dedicated allergy-free area and an international station with exhibit cooking. With a growing student population and limited space, a vertical addition created a mezzanine type area for additional seating. The project was completed in two phases, while the facility remained open and operational.
