UK Campus-Wide Dining

This ambitious project transformed campus-wide dining facilities for the University of Kentucky. Part of a three-year effort, the first phase of work included the creation of a new K-Lair Grill, Common Grounds Coffee House, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Subway Café and multiple convenience stores. A temporary dining facility was erected in the second phase to serve the entire UK campus during the renovation of the Student Center, which previously served as the center of campus dining. A final phase added a Freshii to the Academic Science Building and a Brioche Dorée to the Gatton College of Business and Economics.
