E4H joined The Center for Health Design’s Behavioral and Mental Health Environment Network annual meeting in Minneapolis last week, engaging with professionals advancing behavioral and mental health environments across care settings.
The convening addressed current industry challenges, emerging design strategies for EmPATH Units, and lessons learned from real-world implementation. Attendees also toured community-based facilities highlighting integrated approaches to behavioral health care in practice.
Discussions throughout the meeting centered on improving outcomes through design, with emphasis on environments that better support everyone from patients to providers and communities.
