Forget the World Cup. The real sporting event of the year happened in Lexington, KY last week: RTA Field Day! One of the longest-running and most anticipated traditions for our education experts, Field Day brings out the competitive side of everyone in the office.
This year’s World Cup-themed event, organized by Jonathan Ruiz and the Field Day committee, brought the Lexington office together for an afternoon of creative games, friendly competition and team spirit. Michael Mays kept everyone fueled with a tailgate-style lunch prepared from his college football trailer setup.
While bragging rights were on the line and every game felt like a championship match, Field Day is ultimately about bringing people together. The annual tradition gives employees an opportunity to step away from their daily work, connect with colleagues and enjoy an afternoon of camaraderie.
