Conference Centre Renovation

The renovation of the Conference Centre serves as a modern civic workplace and Town Hall, incorporating a new Council Chambers, executive session room, offices, huddle rooms, and open workspace. The project also included reconfigured entrances, enhanced security, upgraded LED lighting, integrated audiovisual systems, and mechanical improvements.

Through adaptive reuse, the Conference Centre was transformed from an underutilized meeting and event facility into a flexible, efficient workplace that supports collaboration, focused work, and future growth. The renovated facility now functions as the Town’s primary administrative center and a venue for Council meetings, extending the life of a key civic asset while supporting evolving workplace needs.
