Please note that MOREgroup and its corporate subsidiaries (including but not limited to Huckabee & Associates, E4H – Environments for Health, TSK, IEG, and RossTarrant Architects) do not accept unsolicited resumes, candidate profiles, or referrals from recruiters, employment agencies, or other vendors. Even where MOREgroup has an executed Recruitment Fee Agreement or Recruiter Authorization with a recruiting firm, no submissions are permitted unless the recruiter has been explicitly authorized in writing by a designated MOREgroup Recruiting representative to assist with a specific, identified position.

Submissions of candidates for any other open or potential role, whether or not such roles are publicly posted, are deemed unsolicited. Any such unsolicited resumes, introductions, or referrals, including those sent to hiring managers or employees, will be considered the property of MOREgroup, and MOREgroup reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial or contractual obligation to the submitting recruiter, agency, or vendor. In the absence of both (a) a fully executed Recruitment Fee Agreement and (b) written position-specific authorization from MOREgroup, no referral fees, placement fees, or other compensation will be paid, and no verbal, email, or informal communication from any MOREgroup employee shall create or imply any exception to this policy.

This policy applies to all MOREgroup entities, subsidiaries, and offices. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiters, agencies, and vendors to be familiar with and comply with this policy.
