Our civic practice, TSK, was proud to join our partner, C.W. Driver Companies, for the groundbreaking of the Beaumont Carnegie Library renovation and expansion! Part of the Beaumont Library District, the project is a preservation and renovation that adds an additional 13,200 SF to the community’s iconic 1914 Carnegie Library. The library will undergo modernization to meet seismic, accessibility, and safety standards in addition to new reading spaces, more areas for community-focused programming, and technology upgrades.
Libraries are the heart of our communities, and we have the opportunity to not only maintain the nostalgia of a beloved space but also modernize it for the next generation! We are proud to help communities shape the spaces that celebrate the stories of their past, present and future.
