Across three decades of experience in human resources, Kari Humphrey has worked with an impressive array of organizations, from Harley Davidson, several consumer products companies to multiple private equity firms, where she spent a decade. She brings that breadth of knowledge and perspective on organic growth to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at MOREgroup. As part of our leadership team, she’s building connectedness through employee engagement, driving the people side of the business, and helping to solidify our collaboration mindset as we continue to expand and scale. 

Kari is a problem solver who is transparent in her communication. She delivers constructive feedback as readily as she doles out praise, which allows her to build trust with individuals and across organizations. Simultaneously, she coaches employees toward success while maintaining integrity and confidentiality—values foundational to any HR department. Recognizing that HR is a service branch, she enjoys collaborating and helping people advance in their work and careers, developing leaders. Kari loves building rock star HR teams.   

Being a leader is a privilege for Kari, and she believes in collaboration across an organization. Integrity, trust, and bringing one’s authentic self is the foundation for how she operates. Much of her time, outside of work, is spent with her family. Kari, and her husband Chad, will celebrate 28 years of marriage this year and enjoy time with their two children. She also enjoys her 9-year-old Basset Hound, Oliver, and a recent fur addition, GiGi, a rescue kitten.
