Last week, MOREgroup leadership headed to Kentucky for a “Back-to-School” field day with the incredible team at RossTarrant Architects (RTA)—the newest addition to our MOREgroup family! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this group is special and fits right in our mission to change the world, one community at a time.
We kicked things off with a campfire-style Q&A to give space for honest conversations and start building the connection that makes us MORE. Understanding transitions can be tough, and joining a larger organization brings questions, we gathered to listen and instill trust in what our new partnership is and isn’t.
Later on, we lined up for a fun afternoon of races, water games, pool noodle Pictionary, and good food! The RTA team leads with purpose, is all in for education, and we’re proud to grow together with them to change the world. We do this differently, and it matters.
