Last week marked the kickoff of the Human Good–Las Ventanas Continuing Care Community Master Plan project in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada. The project is the only continuing care community in the entire state—with its campus housing independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, and allows residents to remain on campus, in the community, and to receive healthcare and assistance as needed throughout their life.
The incredible initiative is a joint venture between MOREgroup’s civic and healthcare practices. Kelvin Haywood and Daniel Hidalgo (Civic) joined Brian Coltrane (Healthcare) to conduct interviews with resident committees, key management staff, and facility leadership, followed by a thorough walk-through of the entire campus. They gained meaningful insights into the needs of residents and began discussing bold ideas to transform the campus for the future.
After the site meetings, Brian joined the Civic team in Henderson, where Wendy Sun provided a tour of the historic office, sharing its impressive civic project portfolio. The partnership is a perfect example of MOREgroup’s efforts to unify our expertise and deliver a more profound impact on the people and places we serve.
