MOREgroup is honored to once again be featured at this year’s TASA/TASB Exhibit School of Architecture (ESoA)! The Exhibit of School Architecture highlights both new and renovated Texas schools, celebrating excellence in the planning and design of learning environments.
Two projects—Cameron ISD’s C.H. Yoe High School CTE Center and Gregory-Portland ISD’s Early Childhood Center—each earned 4 Stars of Distinction. Projects can receive Stars of Distinction in Community, Planning, Transformation, Design, Value, and Wellness.
- C.H. Yoe High School CTE earned Stars for Value, Community, Planning, and Transformation.
Built in 1921 through a visionary donation from the Yoe family, the original C.H. Yoe High School at Cameron ISD has been reimagined and transformed into a state-of-the-art Career & Technology Education (CTE) Center. Preserving historic elements, like original floors, vintage fixtures, and a reimagined balcony-turned-museum honors its past, while cutting-edge CTE labs and flexible learning spaces prepare students for the future through career training classes and dual-credit college courses.
- Early Childhood Center at G-PISD was awarded Stars for Wellness, Community, Planning, and Transformation.
Gregory-Portland ISD’s Early Childhood Center is a purpose-built school that blends equity, innovation, and community identity into one immersive learning environment. Designed around play, exploration, and local culture, the facility empowers the district’s youngest learners to grow in a space tailored to their development and sense of belonging.
