As the Chief Technology Officer for MOREgroup, Paul establishes the standards for technology integration across all brands. He brings 30 years of experience to the role along with a true passion for his field and a dedication to serving those around him.

In his role, Paul connects with each brand, across the United States, to ensure technology systems and procedures are in alignment with MOREgroup’s standards and strategic plans. He also provides technical leadership and drives the growth and mentorship of the information technology team.

Paul also governs technology risk management, oversees the integrity of physical and digital security and has implemented a robust training program to educate the firm on a range of technological threats.
