Advanced Manufacturing Lab

Huckabee partnered with Grayson College for the planning / design of multiple projects on the college’s main campus. Projects were intended to create additional space for popular degree programs, support a more vibrant campus culture and increase access to valuable student services. Our work included the addition of an Advanced Manufacturing Lab to the Career and Technology Center building.

The new 6,800 SF space is used as a middle skills shop and includes a manufacturing classroom, industrial machinery, instructional space, storage and an office. This space provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of highly-technical, advanced manufacturing; in the lab, they can operate the same equipment that is used in local manufacturing jobs.
