Cerritos College Automotive Technology Building

This unique facility serves three separate groups – Cerritos College, Northwood University and the Southland Motor Car Dealers Association. The 10,500 SF structure provides classrooms and offices for both universities, as well as training facilities for the car dealers association.

The main vehicle showroom and student training space is viewable from the exterior, and faces the prominent southeast corner of the site. The space is large enough for the display of vehicles, and also for large groups of students or industry members. The transportation center was envisioned to give students real life exposure to their chosen profession and provide opportunities for student placements within the industry.
