Shady Grove Fertility is a leading fertility and IVF center of excellence with locations throughout the US. This project was for a new 22,000 SF fertility ASC and monitoring clinic located on the first floor of the office building. The program included two operating rooms, IVF Lab, five prep and recovery bays, Andrology/Endocrinology Lab, Collection rooms, Cryo Storage and Exam Rooms amongst other spaces. The design team was able to maximize the first-floor space on two sides of an existing lobby and locate the operating rooms, IVF Lab, Transfer rooms, and Cryo Storage adjacent to one another to optimize operational practices. In addition, the design team had to coordinate the design and location of an Air handling unit, generator, panels, and ATS on first floor and adjacent site space. The interiors team worked with Shady Grove Fertility to provide a unique vibrant space to cater to Shady Grove Fertility Patients.
