Culpeper Hospital Masterplan

UVA Culpeper Hospital is a 70-bed community hospital providing specialty services in orthopedics, cardiology, cancer, and more. UVA engaged E4H to spearhead its master space planning efforts on the campus. Early efforts focused on the general development plan (GDP) where critical issues were reviewed such as new hospital zoning creation, parking, site infrastructure, and future building footprint opportunities.

Master planning was done to provide zero-two, two-five, and five-fifteen year expansion, additions, and adjacent parcel acquisition planning. Planning was inclusive of off-campus facilities such as health and wellness centers with integrated orthopedic/rehab clinics.
