Northeast Georgia Medical Center Lumpkin provides 24/7, year-round emergency care to Dahlonega and the surrounding communities. The single-story replacement hospital features a stone façade that continues to the double-height main lobby, striking a balance between rustic and contemporary design.

The 66,000 SF facility has 16 private inpatient rooms, a 10-bed emergency department with fast-track area, four dedicated observation rooms, diagnostic imaging, and pharmacy services. The patient rooms feature millwork with pass-through cabinets for infection control. Flexible furniture and sofa-bed provide extra space for visiting family members. The hospital also includes 3 ORs and 1 procedure suite to support orthopedics, sports medicine, and general surgery.
