RJC Complex Litigation Court Conversion

Convert existing Supreme Courtroom into Complex Litigation Court. Includes complete demolition and remodeling with new finishes, millwork, wheelchair lift at judges bench, mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP), new lighting fixtures and branch circuit wiring, new power/data/video floor boxes at all attorney tables and work stations, and new Jefferson Audio Visual System (JAVS). Existing Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) and electrical panels to remain, and shall be tested and balanced.
