The Rockefeller Research Laboratories building at MSKCC houses key research programs in cell biology, developmental biology, molecular biology, molecular pharmacology, and hospital-based research.

Major projects with E4H include an 80,600 square foot renovation of the 4th floor to support a new epigenetics program, along with upgrades to corridors, offices, and conference spaces spanning floors two through ten.

Most recently, E4H completed the renovation of the 13th floor to accommodate new chemistry, biology, and proteomics laboratories for four Principal Investigators. The design centers around a Mass Spectrometer with NMR, strategically located at the heart of the floor plan, surrounded by wet and dry labs. The project also includes chemical storage, staff support areas, administrative offices, and a new rooftop air handling unit dedicated to supporting the specialized equipment.
