TSK is providing professional services for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Permitting & Bidding Tasks, and Construction Administration for the new 12,000 SF Sparks Fire Station #6 to be located at the intersection of Scheidbar Road and Rolling Meadows Drives. The station design re-directed the Concept Design provided by the City of Sparks.
The facility will include the following:
Fire Station of approx. 12,000 SF
Outbuildings/Structures including trash enclosure, generator enclosure, fueling station
Access Roads including coordination with NDOT
Public Parking and Staff Parking (with Staff Parking to be considered for possible secure access)
Green Waste Collection
