Two separate wings extend off the central core with housing for honors program students and student-athletes. Four bedrooms will share a suite, with each student having their own private bedroom with a shared kitchen, dining nook, and living room. Provisions have been made to allow for future expansion of the building, allowing for additional bedrooms /suites off the north wing.

Upon entering, the building opens into an expansive, 2-story lobby, with a stone fireplace extending from floor to ceiling. The lobby will provide ample room for group gatherings, individual lounging, a kitchen for cooking meals, and nutrition lounge that provides healthy choices for students.

The facility’s core also houses workout spaces, including dedicated space for weight training, a rooftop deck for yoga, Pilates, and meditation, and a training/recovery room. The fourth floor will have an expansive centralized commons lounge, allowing opportunities for fun extracurricular activities, games, watching movies, or simply relaxing. To ensure student success, private study rooms, tutoring rooms, and access to faculty offices are provided on the first floor.
