Victory Ridge ASC & MOB

Remedy Victory Ridge ASC brings advanced cardiovascular care to the Colorado Springs community. Whether patients need a diagnostic test or a minimally invasive intervention, they now have a convenient alternative to hospital treatment in a facility that meets our client’s standard of clinical excellence.

Our design integrates technology for electrophysiology procedures (EPs), which are newly permitted in ASCs as of 2026. As a result, fewer doctors can administer a wider range of procedures to more patients in under 23 hours in this facility, allowing patients to recover in the comfort of their own homes after receiving reimbursable care.

Developed as an expandable prototype, the ASC features two open nurse stations embedded among 16 pre-op/PACU bays, three cath labs, and a shell operating room for future growth.

Among the plan’s efficiencies is a U-shaped corridor that wraps around the procedure rooms on one side and adjacent equipment storage and control rooms on the other. This configuration helps with mechanical heat load management and allows service techs to access equipment from the corridor, rather than the sterile environment.
