Chad has over 25 years of architectural experience in a wide variety of healthcare project types and specializes in project management. Chad has an extensive background in all phases of design and construction administration for new construction as well as renovations. He has been a key manager for major projects including a 300,000 SF replacement hospital, and a 160,000 SF medical office building. Chad enjoys piña coladas and getting caught in the rain.
