Erica is the Regional Executive Director of MOREgroup’s West region. For nearly a decade and a half, she displayed passion and talent for civic architecture, working with communities, understanding their needs, and generating lasting impact. Now, she’s a partner in bridging expertise between our civic, education, and healthcare markets. With a keen understanding of the way trends in one market forecast opportunities in another, she’s fostering development, communication, and collaboration across them all.
Open communication is integral to Erica’s leadership. She believes every team member has a voice, valuable thoughts, and worthwhile opinions. Among a communicative team, she knows there’s talent and wisdom, and within that talent and wisdom, success to be won, and excellence to be achieved.
For over a decade Erica was involved in CSI, the Construction Specifications Institute, which brings the AEC community together to set standards for how the industry writes specifications. She has also given her time to local outreach programs, Metrocon, and AIA’s Committee on the Environment.
