Rich brings more than 35 years of experience to his role as Northeast Regional Executive Director. He first joined MOREgroup to expand our healthcare practice in Philadelphia and is now applying that success across the broader region, cultivating all our markets, aligning our people and culture, and deepening relationships with clients. Drawing on his background in community-focused design, and the perseverance developed while building his own firm from the ground up, Rich describes his mission as Regional Executive Director as “building on the groundwork laid by great teammates and great clients.”
Rich practices servant leadership by putting his team first, leading by example, and creating opportunities for others to grow into leadership roles. He continually seeks out emerging talent, often saying he’s “always on the lookout for my replacement.” He believes that strong financial results, great design, and lasting client relationships all flow naturally from empathetic leadership and design.
Rich’s design values mirror MOREgroup’s. He’s most passionate about projects that meet real needs while creating spaces that inspire and endure. His goal is to help build healthy, vibrant communities by uplifting and stabilizing them through design, and by helping clients understand their role in that shared mission. Beyond his professional work, Rich serves on his local zoning committee, where he helps preserve the integrity and character of his historic Philadelphia neighborhood, a reflection of his lifelong commitment to community at every scale.
