Civic Interior Design

From planning through design and beyond, TSK’s Interior Design team partners with communities, educators, and students to turn schools into places where students want to be. We’re experts at optimizing educational settings for curriculum delivery, but our approach to interior design also digs deeper, crafting a cohesive aesthetic while recognizing the whole student. With psychological wellness, physical safety, social engagement, and relationship building in mind, our evidence-based solutions carefully consider how to best support your school community.

In the process, we investigate every detail, from ceilings and walls to functionality and adjacencies, confirming spaces are fit for their purpose and that they work well with your desired furniture and equipment. We get to know how teachers, students, and staff will interact in every space, and then we ensure those spaces are laid out accordingly. With experience in designing classrooms, collaboration zones, cafes, CTE spaces, and more, our work is rooted in realizing real-world built environments.
