Office & Laboratory Renovation

E4H completed this 13,200 square foot office and laboratory renovation for a growing biotech company specializing in cell separation technology. E4H worked closely with MicroMedicine during their real estate search providing programming, feasibility studies, and test fit services for six different properties.

Schematic design plans were generated for each property using E4H’s SmartDesign software. Working collaboratively on the screen with MicroMedicine stakeholders, E4H was able accurately assess MicroMedicine’s program in each property allowing MicroMedicine to make quick and efficient decisions. This interactive approach ensured all design issues were addressed in the plans and allowed stakeholders to feel vested in the design process.

Once a property was selected E4H provided full design services from schematic design through construction administration.
