Nestled on the shores of Lake Erie, the new Hospice Care and Community Center in Cleveland, Ohio will focus on the highest level of hospice care. Thirty-two private rooms—each with lake views—will feature innovative technology tailored to the complexities of end-of-life care. Supported by enhanced family spaces, like the facility’s Community Center, the Hospice Care & Community Center will also offer bereavement support and a place for activities with loved ones.
By partnering with Hospice of the Western Reserve, we are furthering its commitment to creating healthcare spaces that emphasize both function and dignity. Our work on this project follows our legacy of designing environments that support holistic, patient-centered care.
