Jeremy has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare and health science industry. He joined E4H in 2002 and previously served as Regional Lead for E4H’s Mid-Atlantic region.

He is passionate about building leadership capacity at every level, developing strong teams that foster a culture of collaboration, and delivering transformative design to support client goals.   • October 2022—Godspeed Capital announced the successful acquisition of E4H Environments for Health Architecture (E4H), a leading provider of consulting, planning and facility design architecture services for the healthcare and health science + technology industry.

    Founded in 1982, E4H, the largest healthcare architectural firm in the nation (per Engineering News-Record), has more than 40 years of experience exclusively designing state-of-the-art healthcare and life sciences facilities across the United States. With a national footprint comprising of nine offices across eight states, E4H has a deep portfolio of more than 9,000 completed projects—a testament to the efficacy of the firm’s highly-skilled, industry-recognized workforce dedicated to creating economically and environmentally sustainable facilities that enhance the well-being of patients, staff, and families.

    E4H will join MOREgroup, Godspeed Capital’s newly rebranded platform of architecture, design and engineering brands.   • August 2022—MOREgroup is excited to announce the addition of MEP engineering services to our suite of services with the acquisition of Image Engineering Group (IEG), a leader in sustainable and cost-effective design strategies. 

    The firm will join MOREgroup’s founding brand, Huckabee, in serving an education-focused market. Huckabee has provided in-house structural engineering services for two decades and, with this partnership, can now provide clients with an even more integrated and holistic design approach. 

    Founded by Don Penn over 30 years ago, IEG has been dedicated to educating school districts and other specialty clients in ways to become more environmentally friendly and cost-effective in their mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. IEG has created some of the most energy-efficient facilities in the country, designing over 25 million square feet of geothermal heat pump systems and the first Net Zero middle school in Texas.  

    Huckabee and IEG have completed 150 projects together over the past 20 years for school districts across Texas. Don Penn and his staff of talented engineers and other professionals will remain in the company and continue to serve current and future clients.

    The investment will help our family of brands expand our resources to serve educational clients in the southwestern region of the country. It will also help TSK grow their civic and federal practices with enhanced services, technology and innovative approaches to planning, design and project delivery.
