Douglas County Courts Masterplan

The Douglas County Courts and TSK have a long-standing partnership spanning over 10 years. TSK has advised and developed multiple iterations of planning criteria proposals to address shifting political and fiscal priorities. TSK also conducted presentations to the City Council and surrounding community which allowed us to create numerous layouts, space planning criteria, and budgets that are responsive to Douglas County’s specific needs. The most recent version is for a five-courtroom facility, housing District and Justice Departments, Clerk of the Courts, Juvenile Probation, District Attorney, and Jury Services.
