To support LincolnHealth’s desire to create a patient-centered medical home, a primary and specialty care facility was designed using the modular, flexible model. This new $11 million, 40,000 SF facility offers group education, behavioral health, labs, X-rays, primary care, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and specialty care spaces. The building takes advantage of river views and connects to campus walking trails. Large windows bring natural light into the waiting and exam spaces, and in doing so, connect patients and staff to the beautiful surroundings.
