City of Las Vegas Municipal Court

TSK provided Program Validation and Schematic Design for the new four-story 140,000 SF Municipal Courthouse. The courthouse will house chambers and offices for all six of the city’s six judges as well as administrative and customer service centers. It will also house the city’s traffic court and city attorney’s criminal division as well as spaces for court administration, customer service and classrooms. The building features a two-story atrium lobby and a single-story secure parking garage beneath the building with 16 stalls and a subbasement level that has a sally port for prisoner transportation.
