One Cabot Road Care Center

E4H partnered with Cambridge Health Alliance to design the new One Cabot Care Center—a vibrant, patient-focused outpatient facility that consolidates and expands CHA’s services in Medford. Located along the Malden River, the 56,000 SF space offers primary care, orthopedics, therapy services, occupational health, a pharmacy, and a procedure suite, all under one roof.

The design emphasizes wellness, efficiency, and connection to nature. Warm interiors, intuitive layouts, and flexible clinical zones support a seamless care experience for both patients and providers. E4H’s integrated approach to architecture, planning, and interior design helped CHA realize its vision for accessible, community-based care in a modern, healing environment.
