US Courts SDO Fourth Floor Library & Judges’ Chambers

The project scope includes all construction services required for the renovation of 10,300 SF of space on the fourth floor of the Sandra Day O’Conner US Courthouse. Spaces include a Circuit Library, Senior Judge Chambers, Visiting Judge Chambers, restrooms and other support spaces. Scope will include demolition and construction of partitions, finishes, flooring, electrical, mechanical and millwork as stated in the construction drawings and specifications.
