Healthcare

Using evidenced-based design and Lean flow analysis, master planning identifies ways to improve the bottom line. We have completed over 300 master plans for clients ranging from small community hospitals to 1,000-bed medical centers.

Engineering

Our engineering practice has led the industry in developing Geothermal Heat Pump Systems technology, which utilizes the earth’s natural temperature as a thermal resource for HVAC heating and cooling. Compared to traditional HVAC systems, our technology can reduce a facility’s energy consumption by up to 50 percent in some facilities, drastically reducing the carbon footprint of our structures.
