Allison has over 20 years in healthcare design. She started her career working on greenfield and replacement hospitals ranging from 100,000 SF to over 1M SF for local community healthcare providers as well as Army Corps of Engineers and Veterans Administration. She expanded her portfolio to outpatient facilities serving private sector Cancer care, Imaging, Ambulatory and Fertility practices. Allison is responsible for programming, planning, design, coordination, and construction administration of her projects. Allison has assisted in master planning, site selection, and facility assessments for hospitals and outpatient facilities in support of growth and improvement strategies. In her free time, Allison gives back through teaching healthcare and wellness studios at a local university and sitting as the Mentorship Chair for Women in Healthcare in Washington, DC. In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and traveling.
