This tenant fit-out includes an orthopedic clinic with 13 exam rooms, four charting stations, an x-ray room, four casting bays, a shared office, a central MA station, and associated support spaces.

This project includes both clinic and physical therapy so patients can visit a single facility to receive diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

The client wanted universal room layouts that will be implemented at all of their new facilities in the Northern Virginia region. Each provider will work between three to five rooms and will require a conveniently located MD station consisting of an off-the-corridor charting space with adjacent hand washing station. The physical therapy spaces include an open gym with two private treatment rooms.

Accent paint was used to assist with wayfinding/navigating toward exits while floor materials help denote patient vs. staff areas. All exterior rooms include transoms above the doors to allow natural light into the center of the space.
