Jason has over two decades of architectural experience, with more than a decade dedicated to healthcare design. As the Executive Director of MOREgroup’s Northeast region, he develops and supports client relationships across all of MOREgroup’s practice areas to create opportunities for cross-practice collaboration, recruit great talent, and contribute to the communities we serve through excellence in design.  

Since his days as an architectural principal, staying present with clients has proved key to his success. Understanding that client needs often transcend any single project, Jason always makes himself available as a trusted advisor, even when he gets calls about projects with other architects, or to offer thoughts on a potential expansion.  

Leadership for Jason is about people first. Before checking in on project work, he checks in on his team’s families, hobbies, and interests. He gets to know each individual’s vision and what they can achieve. By building relationships in this way, Jason cultivates a great culture, which is where he believes great teams flourish. Outside of work, he’s a fitness enthusiast, a car connoisseur who competes in rally races, and a longstanding supporter of the Brian Bill Foundation.
