Constructed in 1896 as a Men’s Residence Hall, TSK worked on this project to provide a seismic retrofit, provide ADA compliance with new restrooms and four-stop elevator and all new finishes and MPE systems. The building consists of a walk-out basement and three levels above grade and a total of 24,000 SF. The project was completed in 2016.
