Erica Bish is the Sr. Executive Director for our public architecture practice, TSK. For nearly a decade and a half, she has displayed passion and talent for public architecture, working with communities, understanding their needs, and generating lasting impact. Now, she’s both the voice of MOREgroup’s public practice and a partner in bridging expertise between public architecture, education, and healthcare. With a keen understanding of the way trends in one practice area forecast opportunities in another, she’s fostering development, communication, and collaboration across them all.
Open communication is integral to Erica’s leadership. She believes every team member has a voice, valuable thoughts, and worthwhile opinions. Among a communicative team, she knows there’s talent and wisdom, and within that talent and wisdom, success to be won, and excellence to be achieved.
For over a decade Erica was involved in CSI, the Construction Specifications Institute, which brings the A/E/C community together to set standards for how the industry writes specifications. She has also given her time to local outreach programs, Metrocon, and AIA’s Committee on the Environment.
