Jennifer Foster is Huckabee’s Early Childhood Education Specialist, bringing more than 28 years of experience in public education to her work with districts nationwide. She spent the majority of her career in early childhood classrooms, teaching pre-kindergarten through second grade before expanding her impact as a district coach and instructional specialist. In her role at Huckabee, Jennifer guides educators in developing curriculum for experience-based early learning environments and helps them understand how to intentionally use these spaces to support hands-on learning.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been passionate about helping young learners build strong foundations and equipping educators with research-based strategies that make learning engaging and lasting. Her expertise in experience-based learning has drawn educators from across the country to observe and learn from the innovative practices implemented at Jandrucko Academy for Early Learners, where Jennifer established the curriculum.
Jennifer finds the greatest fulfillment in helping educators recognize how purposeful planning and well-designed environments lead to meaningful student growth. Her goal is to see the success experienced at Jandrucko reflected in districts across the country, setting students on a path toward becoming confident, lifelong learners.
