Phil has 16 years of experience with a variety of projects ranging from tenant finish outs in medical office buildings to complete medical campus designs. Project management capabilities include coordination and implementation of clients’ needs, coordination of consultants and state department of health, city, and code requirements. Design proficiencies include 3-dimensional modeling and rendering, schematic presentation images and movies, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
