Civil District Courthouse Masterplan

In partnership with Billes Architects, TSK was brought in to provide courthouse planning expertise and validate the programming and project criteria for a new high-rise courthouse. As the result of in-depth and constructive workshops and with the judiciary and court departments, four district options were developed for selection. The resulting study informed the client’s project budget and delivery selection process.
